Tempeh our favourite!

Tempeh is a native Indonesian food product consisting of soft-boiled soybeans that have been fermented. Thanks to the fermentation, the beans remain together into a solid block and the digestibility of the soybean is also improved. Tempeh is a complete meat substitute and contains the 8 essential amino acids.

Because tempeh, unlike tofu, is made from the whole soybean, tempeh is very rich in fiber. Finally, it contains many healthy unsaturated fatty acids and absolutely no cholesterol.

The ideal meat substitute:

  • Based on fermented soybeans

  • Contains the 8 essential amino acids
